In Australia, we assist with the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (SOCI Act) and supplementary frameworks under the Privacy Act 1988, AusCheck Act 2007, AusCheck Regulations 2017, Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979, Telecommunications Act 1997, Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979, Customs Act 1901, Biosecurity Act 2015, Australian Energy Sector Cyber Security Framework (AESCSF) and No Objection Notifications under the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) regime.
In the European Union, we assist with the European Commission’s Critical Entities Resilience Directive (EU 2022/2557), Measures for a high common level of cybersecurity or NIS 2 Directive (EU 2022/2555) and Rules for the Application of Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (CIR 2024/2690), which extends to localization in accordance with the laws of each adopting member state.
In the USA, we assist with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation Critical Infrastructure Protection Standards (NERC-CIP).
